Sensalle Lingerie Returns & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you will love your lingerie and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, however should you wish to return or exchange any items please get in touch with at admin@sensalle.com
Please read our return policy below to understand the guidelines for returning or exchanging items.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it; you then have a further 14 days to return any item(s) for an exchange or refund.
Please note – all items must be returned to us in original package and in respectable condition with all tags attached.
If you are returning an item that came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned.
We will not accept any returned items for refund or exchange that have signs of wear (marks from deodorant, tan or other personal stains) washed or damaged in any way, so please be careful when trying on your bought products.
We do not accept items which smells of tobacco smoke.
Because of the delicate nature of our hosiery, we do not accept for return or exchange stockings that have been opened or tried on.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if any of the above occurs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Should you wish to return any unwanted item/s for refund or exchange please notify us at admin@sensalle.com and we will be happy to assist.
Any returns/exchanges for refund please use the following address and a refund will be processed 3-5 days after receipt and the customer notified. Please allow extra processing time over holiday periods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS
If you order in error please contact us by email immediately. If you do not do so before 4pm the same day, we may not be able to cancel the order.
